January Blues Wish List

I love reading a good ol' wish list, and as I'm still waiting for something exciting to happen in my every day life, I thought I'd rustle one up to share with you all. January is widely regarded to be the Worst Month of the Year due to payday feeling like it's so far away and your body feeling sluggish due to having overindulged on the xmas pud. So instead of focusing on all of that, let's have a look at the dreamy things I've had my eye on!

IKEA bedding - Cute Muggsie mug - RT beauty blender
Bumble and Bumble travel set - River Island Cardigan
New bedding always feels so exciting to me. That's pretty lame to admit, isn't it? I don't care. My last extravagant bedding was a Laura Ashley purchase in the sale, and although I'd love to add a few more to my collection, I think Joe is more likely to say yes to an IKEA set due to the price difference. That man doesn't seem to appreciate that you should splurge on bedding, but I think this yellow stripey one is super cute so that's win-win, right?

I'll be honest, I don't need any more mugs. Our mug cupboard is practically bursting at the hinge and we're already precariously balancing smaller mugs inside of larger ones. But - this one is so cute. Look at that little face! I feel like drinking anything in this mug would lift my mood a little and help me remember that I'm super adorable.

The beauty blender. People rave about this little make up sponge and I've been dying to try it out. I'm really self-conscious about wearing foundation, as I always feel like it highlights my flaws instead of hiding them and I think it could be something to do with my application. This is a real bummer when you're also self-conscious of your face without wearing foundation. Of course, I'm not resting all my laurels on a sponge, and I'm also trying other things - such as drink more water, blah blah blah - so fingers crossed I can be onto a winner.

I'm in the lengthy process of growing out my wee pixie cut, and it's currently at a super awkward stage. I've always wanted to try some Bumble and Bumble stuff, but the price makes my eyes water. However, as I'm actively trying to convince my hair to grow long and luscious, then I think it might be worth parting with my cash. The Full Potential range is designed to help hair grow stronger, which should help with trying to grow it.

Lastly, this colour block cardigan from River Island caught my eye. As the weather is continuing to be cold and miserable, I don't really need to explain why I need a cardigan, right? It's slouchy and looks like it might be one of those elusive 'dress up/dress down' kind of things. Which means I definitely need to buy it!

Have any of these things caught your eye?
